Osaka, Japan - On July 3, 2015, the winners of the 9th Kids Design Award organized by the Kids Design Association, a Cabinet-approved nonprofit organization, were announced. Panasonic received 20 awards this year, making it the fourth consecutive year for Panasonic to receive the highest number of awards for a single company.
The Kids Design Award presents awards for designs that contribute to the security and safety of children, designs that foster children's creativity and create the future of children, and designs that comfortably raise children. Panasonic has received awards every year since the Kids Design Award was inaugurated in 2007, making this its 9th consecutive year. Some of the awards Panasonic received include the Gold Award (Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry's Award), various category awards, Chief Judge's Pick Award and the Kids Design Association Chairman's award.
