Osaka, Japan - Panasonic Konosuke Matsushita Museum has held a special exhibition till June 30, 2015, entitled "People are the Foundation of Sound Management: Learn to Overcome Challenges Without Fearing Failure" under the theme of "people" that are central to business.
The thoughts and a number of practices of the founder, who made use of people and who put growing people above all else, were introduced together with examples of challenges by past colleagues. To aid keeping trying without fearing failure, a visit is strongly recommended.
Konosuke Matsushita founder has closed the life of 94-year-old on April 27, 1989. Panasonic has a "Founder Memorial Week" from Monday of the week, including the April 27 is the death anniversary of Konosuke Matsushita until May 5 that is the commemorative day for the company foundation. Each year, in conjunction with the founder's Memorial Week, the Konosuke Matsushita Museum holds a special exhibition centered on a selected theme relating to present-day management.
