Osaka, Japan - On July 29, 2017, Panasonic Corporation produced and directed the "Osaka Derby Projection Night" organized by Gamba Osaka after its Gamba Osaka vs Cerezo Osaka match (also known as the "Osaka Derby") as the technical partner of event.
Drawing on a wealth of experience it has gained offering technological support to large-scale projection mapping events across the world, Panasonic has produced and directed the "Osaka Derby Projection Night" organized by Gamba Osaka to mark the finale of the Osaka Derby. Panasonic combined "music" and "light" to create an ultimate "fan engaging" performance.
Last time (March 11, 2017), at the J-League's first field projection mapping event held at the Suita City Football Stadium, Panasonic brought to life high quality thrill and excitement that went beyond the viewing experience traditionally provided at stadiums. Panasonic has helped stage the Opening and Closing Ceremonies at the Rio 2016 Olympic Stadium. And once again, by leveraging its large-scale imaging solutions and technologies, Panasonic has put on a new and unique projection mapping live show that unified the supporters and the stadium.
At the Osaka Derby, Panasonic mapped the 3,700m2 pitch with exceptionally bright, high resolution images using 15 state-of-the-art super bright projectors, PT-RZ31K (luminance [center]: 31,000 lumens), combining music, light, as well as a cheerleading performance.
