What Was Your First Dream of the Year?

Happy 2013 to Panasonic fans!
To welcome this new year, we at Panasonic would like to celebrate the year with a card which features some lucky items from Japanese tradition as our first gift to you for the new year!! =)

Reasoning Behind the Card

1. Mt. Fuji 2. Hawk 3. Eggplant
These three are superstitious items which are considered the top three things of good luck if they appear in your first dream of the new year!! The theory is said to originate from specialties unique to the Shizuoka prefecture where Mount Fuji is located and is a commonly known tradition throughout Japan.

2013 is the year of the snake. Snake is considered a symbol of vitality and regeneration.
We want to share this card with you and hope you will be in good health and full of positive energy during the year!

On January 8, Mr. Kazuhiro Tsuga, President of Panasonic Corporation, will present Panasonic's new dreams and ambitions in an opening keynote speech of CES 2013 at Las Vegas in US. We will continue to deliver Panasonic news via Panasonic News Portal to keep our fans updated! Stay tuned to our page!
