The integrated report is designed to deepen understanding of Panasonic Energy by providing an integrated overview of financial and non-financial information, including management strategies, business activities, performance and financial position, as well as environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives.

This year’s integrated report newly introduces “What’s inside,” an introductory section that presents a concise overview of Panasonic Energy. The section enables readers to first gain an overall understanding of the company and then explore detailed information on its growth strategies, sustainability initiatives and other topics according to their interests.

The Growth Strategy section includes messages from the heads of each business division, who discuss the business environment and initiatives aimed at driving growth.

In the Materiality section, Panasonic Energy has expanded the number of specific examples of initiatives related to achieving decarbonization, realizing a circular society and promoting human capital management, offering a more detailed view of the company’s progress in advancing sustainability.
