Exhibition Highlights

X-GaN

Panasonic has just announced the start of the mass production of its X-GaN solution. It comprises the newest 600V enhancement mode GaN Transistors and their dedicated ultra-high-speed gate driver. By enabling compact and energy saving designs not achievable with the previous state of art, Panasonic X-GaN pushes the boundaries of power conversion engineering.

ZK series Hybrid Capacitors

Panasonic just released the ZK series expansion of hybrid capacitors line. ZK series optimize designs with regards to performance, cost and weight, low leakage current, long life, and low ESR values. It will be available to European customers in winter 2016.

Grid-eye Infrared Array Sensors

Panasonic recently released its much improved and accurate second generation Grid-EYE infrared array sensors. It can not only detect moving and motionless people and objects but does that in comparison to its predecessor models with higher precision and higher accuracy.

Flexible Lithium-ion Batteries

With a thickness of only 0.55mm, the newly developed Flexible Lithium-ion Battery contributes to a longer life of devices as it retains charging and discharging characteristics even with repeated bending and twisting. This battery can meet various market needs for applications such as card devices and smart clothing.

Relays

Panasonic offers a wide product portfolio of more than 3,000 relay version in Europe. This covers the field of miniaturized relays, from ultra-miniature SMD semiconductors types to robust, compact industrial devices.
