Panasonic Acquires Cloud-Based Video Surveillance Company, Cameramanager.com

Online surveillance provider enhances Panasonic's security solutions business

July 12, 2013, Panasonic announced the acquisition of Cameramanager.com, a leading provider of Video Surveillance as-a-Service (VSaaS) in Europe. The acquisition of the cloud-based video solutions company reinforces Panasonic's existing security business as it looks to extend its cloud-based solutions to the business and consumer markets. As part of the acquisition, the Cameramanager.com team will join Panasonic Europe.
