Global Topic: Panasonic earns 2026 Great Place to Work Certification™ for fifth consecutive year

Newark, NJ, U.S. – Panasonic Corporation of North America announced it has received the Great Place to Work® Certification for the fifth consecutive year, demonstrating its ongoing commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture and employee experience.

In 2026, 84% of employees indicated the Company as a great place to work—up from 83% last year and 27 points higher than the average U.S. company. 96% of employees reported that people at Panasonic are treated fairly regardless of sexual orientation, up 2% from last year. Fair treatment across race and gender also improved, with 94% and 93% of employees, respectively, affirming these statements—both showing a 2% increase. Additionally, 94% of employees said they felt welcome when joining the company, a 4% improvement from 2025.
