Tokyo, Japan – On March 14, Lieutenant Governor Eleni Kounalakis and a delegation of 40 California government officials and other concerned parties visited Panasonic Center Tokyo in order to observe and discuss our environmental vision and technological solutions.

The Group’s demonstration of an energy management system in California added momentum to the realization of the visit. With the Government of California having forged steadily ahead with its electrification policies for buildings and vehicles, the visitors to the Center consisted of governmental officials from the Governor’s Office of Business and Economic Development (GO-Biz), the California Energy Commission (CEC), and the California Air Resources Board (CARB) as well as energy company executives. In addition to our technologies for energy conservation and renewable energy, they voiced expectations for our technology that has the potential to contribute to future demand flexibility in the housing sector.
