Panasonic in Numbers: Zero CO₂ Factory

According to estimates from the World Economic Forum, the manufacturing and production sectors together generate approximately one-fifth1 of all global CO2 emissions.
Under its Panasonic GREEN IMPACT initiative, the Panasonic Group has been contributing to decarbonization through energy conservation and proactive use and procurement of renewable energy.
To date, 31 manufacturing facilities2 have achieved “Zero CO23 status within the Group, including a whopping 22 facilities during fiscal year 2023 alone.
