Appointment of Executive Advisors
Tokyo, Japan - For the purpose of strengthening its business the Panasonic Group will transition to a holding company system, following, the Connected Solutions Company (President and CEO: Yasu Higuchi) will change its name to Panasonic Connect Co., Ltd. on April 1, 2022.
Panasonic Connect will build a medium- to long-term strategy with an even greater emphasis on fostering a sound corporate culture, promoting Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), and strengthening governance. In order to achieve this, the company takes a broad overview of the world as a whole, and has continually sought out human resources who can contribute to the construction of its medium- to long-term strategy - people who can directly drive that strategy, and whom possess a business outlook cultivated through experience on a global level. In accordance, the company has appointed the following people as executive advisors starting from January 1, 2022.

Going forward, Panasonic Connect will continue to enhance its hardware and core technologies in order to strengthen its competitiveness from a long-term perspective. By "connecting" its strong hardware with the latest digital technologies, software and AI, and by "connecting" these with services, the company will provide its B2B customers with high value-added solutions and create a competitive and highly stable business model.
