"Sustainability Report 2014" Published to Describe Panasonic's Newest CSR and Environmental Activities

Panasonic Corporation released the Sustainability Report 2014, which describes its annual social and environmental initiatives, on its corporate website on August 20, 2014.

This is in accordance with the core option of the G4 Sustainability Reporting Guidelines, which were newly published by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). It explains Panasonic's CSR/environmental management structures, including policies and promotion systems, with a look at the results of fiscal 2014 (the year ended March 31, 2014). It also introduces examples of Panasonic businesses and products, such as its housing business, automotive business, and solar lanterns. Interested parties can read about the efforts that Panasonic has made to contribute to society and the environment through its business activities, and to realize "A Better Life, A Better World."

The report is available on the Sustainability website in PDF version, downloadable either entirely or by major chapters, so that users can save or print the content according to their interests.
