In August 2010, Panasonic announced its new FULL HD 3D VIERA TVs and FULL HD 3D camcorders at the Shanghai International Convention Center.
Aside from the impact of the new 3D technology, Panasonic made another surprising announcement by revealing Bruce Lee as the image character for its 3D promotional campaign in China. At the site, visitors were able to come face to face with a real-life image of Bruce Lee in 3D despite 37 years since his death. Realized using the latest computer graphics technology, the image of Bruce Lee was a surprise for all the viewers.

Bruce Lee was named by Time Magazine as one of the 100 most influential people of the 20th century. His best known works include Fist of Fury in 1971, Enter the Dragon in 1973 and The Game of Death in 1978.
