New Administration of NTT DATA MSE Inaugurated
Panasonic Mobile Communications Co., Ltd.
NTT DATA MSE was officially inaugurated on October 1st, 2008 in Kanagawa, Japan.
Prior to the inauguration, NTT DATA Corporation (Koto-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Toru Yamashita; "NTT DATA") and Panasonic Mobile Communications Co., Ltd. (Tsuzuki-ku, Yokohama City; President: Osamu Waki; "Panasonic Mobile") reached a basic agreement on the capital and business alliance in July 2008 on Panasonic Mobile & System Engineering Co., Ltd. (Tsuzuki-ku, Yokohama City; President: Ryoichi Wada; "PMSE"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Panasonic Mobile with NTT DATA taking over 60 percent of the shared issued of PMSE.
NTT DATA MSE will continue its contribution to Panasonic Mobile and other business domains of the Panasonic Group by its embedded software technology and expand the customer base through its partnership with NTT DATA Group.
