Panasonic Collaborates with the Ministry of Construction and International Finance Corporation to Introduce a Tailored Workshop

Hanoi, Vietnam - November 25, 2016 - Panasonic collaborated with the Ministry of Construction and International Finance Corporation, Department of Science, Technology and Environment (World Bank), to hold a workshop on technology, solution and financial support mechanism for energy efficiency and green building in Vietnam. The workshop targeted to introduce a solution pack to promote green building which include government policy, technical one stop solutions and financial solution, besides exchange practical experiences in building projects among nearly 70 developers coming from local and foreign companies, organizations.

In conjunction with the workshop, Panasonic also inaugurated the One Stop Solution concept which integrates efficient construction methodologies, successful technology implementation and other solutions. The objective is to help developers in gaining competitive advantages by enhancing energy efficiency in buildings and meeting green building criteria. More importantly, these are aimed to support the sustainable development of Vietnam. The One Stop Solution concept is developed to cater to each developer's requirements yet the solutions can be applied to each project, in achieving the smart and green building status. Each project will be equipped with energy efficiency within the building, security features which will reduce maintenance and operational costs, and facilities to create a comfortable environment.
