Customers of Panasonic's products will be happy to know that the company's first customer care center in Cambodia opened its doors in the central business district of Phnom Penh on April 24, 2012. This new facility caters to end users on its in warranty and out of warranty after-services for air conditioners, home appliances and audio-visual products.

The centre will be supported by seven local employees whose aim is to reinforce consumers' confidence in embracing new cutting edge products from Panasonic. This move is part of Panasonic's product strategy to ensure consumers on the brand's reliability as a credible electronic consumer brand in Cambodia.
