The Basic Business Philosophy (BBP) has been shaping Panasonic’s company culture and offering employees guidance on work, career development, and leadership.
Following a first revision in 60 years in 2022, the Basic Business Philosophy is available in 45 languages—a testament to the growth in scale and diversity of our global stakeholder audience.
The Special Exhibition on the Management Philosophy, which helps deepen understanding of the BBP, has been staged at approximately 70 Group sites worldwide in FY2024*, earning a 92% satisfaction rate from employees.
