"Revolutionary Technology"
The slogan of this year's Panasonic IFA booth is "Revolutionary Technology" as the company will be showcasing many significant new technologies that live up to this claim. The 3D Cinema Experience area, which offers cinema-like Full HD 3D experience, will be this year's highlight. Panasonic, an industry leader for Full HD 3D technology, will be presenting its cutting-edge Full HD 3D Home Theater system in two dedicated 3D theaters. This home theater system goes well beyond today's conventional 3D technology, as it is the world's first to show Full HD 3D with far superior picture quality and a lifelike viewing experience. Throughout IFA, visitors to the Panasonic booth will not only be able to watch 3D movie trailers, but they will be able to take part in a 3D experience that is unparalleled by today's standards.

VIERA Plasma Technology
In the booth area devoted to VIERA, Panasonic will be presenting its extensive Plasma and LCD VIERA line-up, which includes 19 to 103-inch televisions. The VIERA product line-up is known for its combination of high picture quality, smart networking, environmental friendliness, and stylish design.

Visitors will have the chance to experience Panasonic's revolutionary NeoPDP technology, which is incorporated in the VIERA Z1, V10, G15, and G10 series. NeoPDP delivers crisp fast moving images with deep blacks and rich details and at the same time is gentle to your eyes.

Eurosport will expand its existing content offering with two additional languages.

New TV models
Panasonic will be extending its current V10 NeoPDP line-up to include new 65-inch and 58-inch plasma models. When it comes to picture quality, the V10 Plasma Series tops the VIERA product line. All of them feature VIERA CAST to enjoy selected online content. Furthermore, their SD Card Slot and USB port offer users excellent connectivity. All this ensures the highest level of quality and convenience for the consumers.

Continued Commitment to Ecology and Society
Visitors to Panasonic's booth at IFA will also learn more about the company's social and ecological commitment. The Catlin Arctic Survey, an international collaboration between polar explorers and some of the world's foremost scientific bodies, was sponsored by Panasonic and will be presented at IFA. The aim of this polar expedition was to measure the thickness of the Arctic Ocean's ice cover. The data gathered during this expedition will be presented at the Climate summit in Copenhagen in December and intends to resolve one of the most important environmental questions of our time: How long will the Arctic Ocean's ice cover remain a permanent feature of our planet? Martin Hartley, an expedition member and the leading expedition photographer, will attend IFA on September 4 to talk about his experiences with the Panasonic LUMIX in the harsh polar environment. In addition, Panasonic will showcase its most environmental friendly and power-saving products. For the first time in Europe, Panasonic will show its new energy management vision that enables consumers to a zero emission household in the future.

Energy-Efficient White Goods
Panasonic will also be showcasing its line-up of refrigerators and washing machines in the dealers' and press area. The company introduced its first home appliances to the European market only a few months ago. These appliances from Panasonic are already positioned to set new standards with respect to quality and energy efficiency.
