Panasonic Begins Delivery of P904i Handsets
to NTT DoCoMo

Panasonic Mobile Communications Co., Ltd. announced that it has begun shipments of its P904i mobile phones to NTT DoCoMo, Inc.

The P904i adopts new "Brilliant Face Design" combining simplicity and freshness in a compact asymmetric design body with mirror panel. The handset employs Panasonic original high-resolution engine, "Mobile PEAKS PROCESSORTM" that achieves a high contrast ratio of 1000:1, enabling the user to enjoy vivid and high quality motion pictures such as music clips and cartoons.

In addition to integrated music player to play SD-Audio, Windows Media® Audio (WMA) and Chaku-Uta Full® on the same playlist, the handset enables the user to play SD-Audio up to 64 hours, WMA up to 47 hours, and Chaku-Uta Full® up to 60 hours.

Bluetooth® for wireless short-range communications lets the user enjoy listening to music wirelessly or talking on hands-free capability in connection with Bluetooth® compatible devices such as "Wireless Earphoneset P01", audio equipment and car navigation systems.

The 904i supports "Chokkan GameTM" which is played using intuitive motion by "Motion Tracking Techniques" detecting the tilt of the handset by the inner camera. The romantic action game, "Katamari DamacyTM Mobile", which was making waves across the world as home-use game software, is preinstalled.

The handset has also a various fun functions such as autofocus 3.2 megapixels camera with six-axis image stabilizer, large font-size settings, 1,000 preinstalled Deco-mail pictographs, ANSHIN-KEY® wireless lock and fun animation functions, "Feel*Talk® & Feel*Mail®".
